Appointments
You will be able to book appointments online via our website. Alternatively, please contact our reception team either by phone, email or phone.
Cancellation Policy
At Belmont Dental Care, we request you please provide us with as much notice as possible should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointments. The minimum notice we require is at least 24 hours’ notice for dentist appointments and 48 hours’ notice for dental hygiene appointments.
Non-attendance (which includes failure to attend, insufficient notice of not being able to attend or arriving too late for an appointment to be seen) is lost surgery time and we have to adhere to a strict cancellation policy so that appointments can be offered to other patients.
NHS Appointments
A policy has been jointly agreed between NHS South London and Dental Committee regulations that patients who fail to attend 2 NHS appointments are likely to not be offered any further NHS appointments at the practice. Missed appointments do not have to be consecutive.
Private Appointment
Patients who fail to attend for a Private Dental appointment may forego some or all of the cost of the appointment, in proportion to the length of their appointment and any laboratory fees incurred. Patients who failed to attend their Hygienist appointment will forego the £20 deposit paid in advance.
Should you have any concerns or appeals about missed or cancelled appointment decisions by our practice, please email us.
